  • Kate Lee

    Kate is an executive coach and consultant with over 20 years of experience working with individuals and organizations to build strong, thriving cultures, overcome complex challenges, and create meaningful strategies. She is a strategic thinker who takes a solutions-focused and pragmatic approach to support her clients in overcoming barriers holding them back from achieving their goals.

    Her writing has been published in Harvard Business Review, Supply Chain Quarterly, Prehospital Disaster Medicine, and by Harvard Business Publishing, EBSCO Publishing, Thrive Global, and various industry blogs.

    Kate holds an Associate Coach Certification from the International Coach Federation, a Certificate in Brain-Based Coaching from the NeuroLeadership Institute, as well as a joint MA in International Relations and Environmental Policy from Boston University, an MPH in International Health from Boston University School of Public Health, and an Executive MBA through the Valar Institute at the Quantic School of Business & Technology. Kate is pursuing a PhD in leadership and ethics from the University of Maine.

  • Vivienne Balicki

    Vivienne specializes in macroeconomic research and data analysis applied to international development programs. She is also interested in analyzing and designing public policies and programs relating to financial inclusion, environmental sustainability, gender and education. She currently contributes to Althaë’s projects in sub-Saharan Africa (Senegal, Burkina-Faso and Niger), especially Francophone countries. She is in the final year of a double cursus bringing her passion for international work with business skills, as she is enrolled at both École Normale Supérieure Ulm and HEC Paris. She has been working with Althaë since 2023.
